I'm no longer under Dr. Wily's control and have killed him with my own hands! Me and Team Devil Blaze shall rule this planet, and there is nothing Sonic, Megaman, X, Zero, or ANYONE can do about it! We have taken control of Space Colony A.R.K., the Egg Carrier 1, have tons of Phazon at our disposal, and have powers beyond anyones imaginations! So, if you're smart, you shall surrender us, and submit to our rule if you want to live! hmhmhmhmhmhmhmhm.... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
